Bryon Mitchell-Hughey is returning to the Arkansas Twisters after being assigned to the team by the areanfootball2 league office.

The former Benedictine College football player led the Twisters in tackles and interceptions in 2005.  Mitchell-Hughey forced one fumble and recovered two others. The second year player was frequently used as one of the two defensive specialists throughout the year, and could be considered a pre-season candidate for defensive player of the year.

Also assigned to the Twisters is DB/WR, Delenell Reid.  He played both ways, catching 11 passes for 144 yards and four touchdowns.  On defense he had 19.5 tackles and five pass deflections.

The Arkansas Twisters open the 2006 season on the road against Quad City in March 31, and return to Alltel Arena on April 8th.

Season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 975-KICK.
